Fantastic food and Friendly staff

I arrived later than planned. The gentleman behind reception ensured I was accommodated with food and drinks after my long drive. This was fantastic. The breakfast was perfect with a large selection and really good cooked options.
The bathroom was dirty, especially the bath, it had multiple hairs in and around the bath, so it had not been cleaned properly.

The location was great. The golf course would have been ideal IF I were there for the golf. The hotel had plenty of parking space, so this made access very easy.

I stayed in a spacious family room . The room was clean and well-presented. The room included a good-sized TV and other useful amenities, so this was very convenient.

Every member of staff I spoke to was lovely, helpful, and friendly. The gentleman at the reception kept the chef on to accommodate me. The staff created a magical atmosphere, they were very helpful.

A Fine Stay Indeed

The location was convenient for visiting local attractions. I had a ground floor room, and it had effective air conditioning (this was needed on a warm day). The gym had enough equipment for cardio and weights. I found a powerful shower after exploring nearby restaurants.
The furniture was quite basic and the pillows were hard.

I found the quick check-in especially helpful after my travels, the receptionist was really lovely. my room was clean, very spacious, and warm which was good. the bathroom was also very clean. It even featured a large bath alongside a shower. A true treat!
I noticed the restaurant menu lacked some variety. There were no chicken, lamb, pork, duck, or salads available.

my room was well-appointed, it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was particularly comfortable and allowed for restful sleep. the cleanliness was obvious, even with frequent use, which i greatly appreciated.

The restaurant staff were excellent, both at dinner and breakfast. They were attentive. the breakfast offered a wide choice of cooked options, including fruit, cereals, and pastries. the bar area is spacious and comfortable, boasting a great view of the lake!!
